Description:  Obverse: Bust of Magnentius, facing r. draped, cuirassed. Reverse: inscription surrounded by laurel wreath held by two Victories.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N MACNEN TIVS P F AVG (our lord Magnentius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VOT / V / MVLT / X (prayers for 5 years of rule, more for the 10th anniversary). Peripheral: VICT DD NN ATC ET CAES (Victories of our lords Augustus and Caesar). Mint mark: RP (mint of Roma).
