Description:  Obverse: Head of Elagabalus, wearing radiate crown, draped and cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Roma, helmeted and draped, seated facing l., holding Victory in extended r. and spear in l.; by her side, shield.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP CΛES M ΛVR ΛNTONINVS ΛVG (Imperator Caesar, Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus). Reverse: P M TR P II COS II P P (Head of the College of Priests, Tribune for the Second Time, Consul for the Second Time, Father of the Fatherland).
