Description:  Obverse: Head of Maximian, wearing laurel wreath and beard, wearing imperial mantle and holding branch in r. and mappa in l., facing r. Reverse: Providentia, draped, standing facing r., extending r. to Quies, draped, standing facing l., holding branch in r. and leaning on sceptre with l.; S and F in field, on either side of figures, and KΔ in field, in between figures.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N MHXIMIHNO FELICISSIMO SEN ΠVC (Our Lord Maximian, Most Fortunate, Senior Augustus). Reverse: PROVIDENTIH DEORVM QVIES AVCC (The Foresight of the Gods, Retirement of the Emperors). In Exergue: PTR
