Description:  Obverse: Head of Probus, wearing radiate crown and beard, cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Trophy between two captives, bound on the floor.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP PROB-VS P F AVG (Imperator Probus Pius Felix Augustus). Reverse: VICTORIA GERM (Victory over the Germans). In Exergue: R[symbol]A

Notes:  Silvered. In accordance with RIC, the R[symbol]Ϛ in the exergue of the reverse are mintmarks indicating Rome. The symbol is either an elongated star or a thunderbolt.
