Description: Obverse: Bust of Narseh, bearded, with hair in plaits; crowned, with three cinquefoil elements atop crown, with korymbos above; decoration at neckline; single pellet border. Reverse: Fire altar, with two steps at base, two at top, with altar slab above; fire atop altar; attendants flanking the altar, crowned, holding barsom, facing altar; single pellet border.
Inscriptions: Obverse: MZDYSN BGI NRŠHI MLKAN MLKA MN ČTRY MN YZDN (MAZDAYASNA BAGI NARSHI MALKAN MALKA MIN CHITRY MIN YAZDAN/Mazda-worshipping divine Narseh, King of Kings, whose seed is from the gods). Reverse: NURA ZI NARŠHI (Fire of Narseh)
