Galeria Valeria was the daughter of the Emperor Diocletian. In 293, she was married to Galerius, who became Caesar to Diocletian in the first Tetrarchy. When Galerius died, she fled to Maximinus Daia, the Augustus of the East, and then back to Thessalonica, where she was killed by a mob on the instructions of the Augustus of the West, Licinius.
