Description:  Obverse: bearded bust of Constantine V facing, wearing chlamys and trefoil crown and holding cross potent in r. hand. Reverse: bearded bust of Leo III facing wearing chlamys and trefoil crown holding cross potent in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: NO CONS TANTI[...] (Lord Constantine). Reverse: […]LE P A MUL (Lord Leo, for many years). Mint-mark: I/ α.

Notes:  No trace of gold, but the type is a Roman solidus design according to DOC and BN; note however that a similar die occurs in the bronze of Naples in DOC.
