Description: Obverse: Bust of Christ Pantokrator facing, cross behind head, holding gospel in left hand and raising right in benediction. Reverse: Justinian bearded standing, facing, wearing loros, holding akakia in left hand and stem of cross potent on two steps.
Inscriptions: Obverse: IhS CRISJOS RЄX RЄƷNARJIЧ[reversed]M (Jesus Christ King of Kings). Reverse: D IVSTINI AN ЧS SЄRЧ ChRISJI (Lord Justinian, servant of Christ). Control mark: θ (9). Mint mark: CONOP.
