Inscriptions:  Obverse: ...NUS (Justinian) Reverse: A… ЧIII... (year 9). Off. A (1)?

Notes:  Coin is overstuck, not clear on what. Dated as year 9 because of position of Is, though 4th I is not visible, and two of the Is have bled into one another to from a single elongated I.
