Description: Obverse: Bust of Constantine IV facing wearing crown, cuirass and paludamentum, holding spear transversely behind head in r. hand and shield depicting a cavalryman on l. shoulder. Reverse: Cross potent on three steps flanked by Herakleios and Tiberios standing facing wearing cross crown and chlamys and holding globus cruciger in r. hand, * between cross and Herakleios and H between cross and Tiberios.
Inscriptions: Obverse: DO …CC (Our Lord Constantine eternal Augustus). Reverse: none.
