Description:  Obverse: Facing bust of Justinian, wearing curiass and plumed helmet with pendilia, in r. hand globus cruciger, on l. shoulder shield with horseman device, cross in r. of field. Reverse: K, cross above. Pellets above and below centre of 'K'.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: DN IVSTINI ANVS PPAVI (Our lord Justinian Emperor in perpetuity). Reverse: ANNO XIIII (year 14). Off: None. Mint mark: VZ.
