Description:  Obverse: Bust of Trajan, laureate, r., draped. Reverse: Trajan's column surmounted by a statue of the emperor with two eagles at the base.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP TRAIANO AVG GER DAC P M TR P COS VI P P (Emperor Trajan Augustus Germanicus Dacius, head of the principal college of priests, Tribune of the people, Consul for the sixth time, father of the fatherland). Reverse: SPQR OPTIMO PRINCIPI (The Senate and the Roman People, the best leader).
