Description:  Obverse: Theotokos seated on a backless throne, with medalion of Christ in her lap. Reverse: Manouel standing facing wearing jewelled chlamys and cross-crown with pendilia, holding akakia in r. hand and shaft of labarum with l., beside to the r. Saint Demetrios nimbate facing wearing armour and holding shaft of labarum in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: MP ΘV (Mother of God). Reverse: …ΔЄCΠ… (Despot Manouel, Saint Demetrios).
