Reverse: Inscription with floriate branches above and beneath, all surrounded by border of widely-spaced pellets within two pelleted circles.

Inscriptions / Translations:  Obverse: Tω Cω Δᴕ Λω ([aid] your servant).

Reverse: + Kω…C/TΛNT, B' … / …Aθ, S KPI… / XAΛΔIAC (Constantine, imperial spatharios and krites of Chaldia).
