Description:  Obverse: Bust of Hadrian r., draped. Reverse: Africa, draped, wearing elephant-skin headdress, reclining l., resting l. arm on rock, holding scorpion in r. hand and cornucopiae in l.; basket of corn-ears in front.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: HADRIANVS AVG COS III P… (Hadrian Augustus, Consul for the third time, father of the fatherland). Reverse: AFRICA; S C in exergue (Africa; by order of the Senate).
