Description:  Obverse: Bust of Hadrian r., laureate. Reverse: S - C to l. and r. Hilaritas, draped, standing l., holding long palm upright in r. hand and cornucopiae in l.; at her feet, on l. a small naked boy standing, touching palm; on r. a small girl touching dress of Hilaritas.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P P (Hadrian Augustus, father of the fatherland). Reverse: HILA R ITAS P R; COS III in exergue (Joy for the Roman people; for the third time).
