Inscriptions:  Obverse: θЄOFI … (Theophilos emperor). Reverse: XXX …NN (corruption from 'year 30'). Control mark: θ (9).

Notes:  Overstruck on Michael II and Theophilos obverse on obverse at 90° - tops of crowns and 'HL' visible in obverse field r., and base of M and θ visible in top r. of reverse field.
