Description:  Obverse: Head of Nero, wearing laurel wreath and bearded, with aegis on neck, facing r. Reverse: Inscription to l. and r. of triumphal arch, showing front and l. side; above, the emperor in quadriga escorted by Victory (on r.); arch is heavily ornamented and decorated with statues of Pax (atop arch on l.) and Mars (in lower niche on l.).

Inscriptions:  Obverse: NERO CLΛVDIVS CΛESΛR ΛVG GER I M TR P IMP P P (Nero Claudius, Caesar Augustus Germanicus, Head of the College of Priests, Tribune, Imperator, Father of the Fatherland). Reverse: S C (Translation disputed).
