Description:  Obverse: Head of Caracalla, wearing laurel wreath, cuirassed, and bearded, facing r. Reverse: Circus, showing obelisk, spina, chariots, etc.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: M AVR A…TONINV… PIVS FELIX AVG (Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Pius, Fortunate Augustus). Reverse: I M ΓR P XVI …MP II (Head of the College of Priests, Tribune for the Sixteenth Time, Imperator for the Second Time). In Exergue: CCS IIII P P Ξ Ξ (Consul for the Fourth Time, Father of the Fatherland; S C - Translation Disputed).
