Description:  Obverse: Head of Macrinus, wearing laurel wreath, cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Salus, seated facing l., holding sceptre in l. and feeding with out of patera in r. snake coiled around altar.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP CAES M OPEL SEV MAC…NVS AVC (Imperator Caesar, Marcus Opellius Severus Macrinus Augustus). Reverse: VOTΛ PVBL P M YR P (Public Vow, Head of the College of Priests, Tribune). In Exergue: S C (Translation Disputed).
