Description:  Obverse: Head of Elagbalus, wearing radiate crown, draped and cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Salus, draped and standing facing r., feeding a snake which she holds in her arms.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP CAES M ΛVR ANTONINVS AVG (Imperator Caesar Marcus Aurelius Antoninus Augustus). Reverse: SALVS ANTONINI AVG (Health of the Emperor Antoninus).
