Description: Obverse: Bust of Christ Pantokrator facing, holding in l. hand bejewelled book. Reverse: Nikephoros on l. facing, bearded, wearing loros and crown topped with cross, to r. facing bust of Basil, beardless, wearing chlamys and crown topped with cross. Both holding long patriarchal cross between them, Nikephoros with r. hand placed above Basil's l. hand.
Inscriptions: Obverse: + IhS XIS RЄX RCGNANTIhM (Jesus Christ, King of Kings). Reverse: nICHFOP CЄ bASIL' AЧII bR' (Nikephoros and Basil, emperors of the Romans).
