Description:  Obverse: Head of Aurelian, wearing radiate crown and beard, cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Sol, naked but cloaked and radiate, standing facing l., r. hand raised and holding whip in l.; two captives, bound at feet, and S in field, to bottom.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP C HVRELIANVS HVC (Imperator Caesar Aurelian Augustus). Reverse: ORI-ENS HVC (The Rising Sun of the Emperor). In Exergue: XXIS.

Notes:  In accordance with RIC, the XXIS in the exergue of the reverse and the S in the field of the reverse are mintmarks (officina) indicating Siscia.
