Description:  Obverse: Head of Probus, wearing helmet, radiate and bearded, cuirassed, holding spear and shield, facing l. Reverse: Concordia, draped, standing facing l., holding two ensigns; E and * in field, to l. and r. respectively.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: VIRTVS PROBI HV-C (The Courage of Probus Augustus). Reverse: CONC-OAD MILIT (Harmony of the Soldiers). In Exergue: PXXI

Notes:  Traces of silvering on obverse. In accordance with RIC, the PXXI in the exergue of the reverse and the E and * in the field of the reverse are mintmarks (officina) indicating Ticinum.
