Description:  Obverse: Bust of Maurice facing, wearing trefoil crown with pendilia, chlamys, with loros scarf draped over shoulders, holding mappa aloft in r.hand, and eagle-topped sceptre in l.hand. Reverse: Arched M, cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: P Ц [in retrograde] TΛτC- τSPLLTΛLUτ (Garbled inscription). Reverse: ANNO I (Year 1). Mint mark: τHЄUP'.
