Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP DIOCL□-TIHNVS HVC (Imperator Diocletian Augustus). Reverse: IOVI FVLGER-ΠTORI (Jupiter, The Thunderer). In Exergue: XXIΓ

Bibliography:  RIC V 168 var.

Notes:  According to RIC, the XXIΓ in the exergue of the reverse are mintmarks indicating Rome. As opposed to the RIC type, this coin has an eagle at Jupiter's feet on the reverse.
