Description:  Obverse: Head of Severus, wearing laurel wreath and beard, cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Genius, naked but cloaked, covering l. shoulder and loins, and head towered, standing facing l., holding patera in r. and cornucopia in l.; S F in field, to l. and r. respectively.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: FL VHL SEVERVS NOB C (Flavius Valerius Severus, Noble Caesar). Reverse: CENIO POPV-LI ROMHNI (The Genius of the Roman People). In Exergue: PTR

Bibliography:  RIC VI 667A

Notes:  According to RIC, the PTR in the exergue of the reverse and S F in the field of the reverse are mintmarks (officinae) indicating Treveri.
