Description:  Obverse: Head of Maxentius, wearing laurel wreath and beard, facing r. Reverse: Roma, draped and helmeted, seated frontally with head facing l., holding globe in r. and sceptre in l., crowned by Victory, draped, standing facing l., holding palm in l., in tetrastyle temple with knobs as acroteria and empty pediment.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP MHXENTIVS P F HVC (Imperator Maxentius Pius Felix Augustus). Reverse: CONSERV VRB SVHE (Defender of the City). In Exergue: ST

Notes:  According to RIC, the ST in the exergue of the reverse are mintmarks indicating Ticinum.
