Inscriptions:  Obverse: DIVO ROMVLO N V BIS CUNS (Divine Romulus; N V BIS CONS - translation disputed). Reverse: HETERNHE MEMORIHE (Eternal Memory). In Exergue: RBQ

Notes:  According to RIC, the RBQ in the exergue of the reverse are mintmarks indicating Rome.
