Description:  Obverse: Head of Constantine, wearing laurel wreath, cuirassed, facing r. Reverse: Sol, naked but cloaked and radiate, standing facing l., raising r. hand and holding globe in l.; S P in field, to l. and r. respectively.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: IMP CONSTΛNTINVP P ΛVC (Imperator Constantine Pius Augustus). Reverse: SOLI INVIC-TO GOMITI (To the Invincible Sol, Minister [of the Emperor]). In Exergue: MSL

Bibliography:  RIC VII 68 var.

Notes:  According to RIC, the MSL in the exergue of the reverse and S P in the field of the reverse are mintmarks (officinae) indicating Londinium. As opposed to the type in RIC, this coin includes the P in the obverse legend.
