Description: Obverse: Bust of Phocas facing, bearded, wearing cross topped crown with pendilia, chlamys, with loros scarf draped over shoulders, holding mappa aloft in r. hand, and eagle-topped sceptre in l. hand. Reverse: XX; a pellet in between the numerals, and a cross above.
Inscriptions: Obverse: O N FOCA NЄPЄ AV (Our lord Phocas, eternal Augustus). Reverse: ANNO ЧIII (Year 8). Mint mark: Q.
