Description:  Obverse: Busts of Herakleios and Herakleios the Elder, facing, bearded, bareheaded, wearing chlamys, with loros scarf draped over shoulders. A cross in between their heads. Reverse: M; cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: ∂ m HЄRACL … ULII (Our lords Herakleios, consuls). Reverse: ANNO XIIII ([Indiction] Year 14). Mint mark: AΛЄΞ … Control mark: A (1).

Notes:  Hahn assigns this coin to Alexandria, but we have preferred the DOC attribution, because of the denomination problem.
