To the r., Constantine III facing, standing, smaller, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. Between their heads, a cross. Reverse: M, cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: JJ NN h … ЧA … Ƨ Eτ hЄRA CONƧ … ([Inferred] Our lords Herakleios and Herakleios Constantine). Reverse: ANNO II … (Year 3 or 4). Mint mark: CO … Control mark: Δ (4).
