To the r., Constantine III facing, standing, smaller, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. Between their heads, a cross. Reverse: M, chrismon [in retrograde] above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: dd NN hЄRA Єτ hЄRA CON (Our lords Herakleios and Herakleios Constantine). Reverse: ANN … Ч [in retrograde] (Year 5). Mint mark: CON. Control mark: A (1).
