To the r., Constantine III facing, standing, smaller, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. Between their heads, a cross. Reverse: M, cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: … d NN hЄRA … Єτ hЄR … (Our lords Herakleios and Herakleios Constantine). Reverse: … NNO Ϛ (Year 6). Mint mark: CON. Control mark: Γ (3).

Notes:  Overstruck obverse on reverse; undertype an Antioch coin of Justin II? Or overstruck with a coin of Tiberius II? Or an unknown variant of Justin II and Tiberius II.
