To the r., Constantine III facing, standing, smaller, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. Between their heads, a cross. Reverse: M, cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: σσ NN hЄRA Єτ hЄRA CO … (Our lords Herakleios and Herakleios Constantine). Reverse: ANNO Ч (Year 5). Mint mark: CON. Control mark: Є (5).
