To the r., Constantine III facing, standing, smaller, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. A cross between their heads. Reverse: M, cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: … d NN hЄRAC … S Єτ hRA CONST PP AV (Our lords Herakleios and Herakleios Constantine, eternal Augusti). Reverse: ANNO III (Year 3). Mint mark: KYZ. Control mark: A (1).
