Description:  Obverse: To the l., Herakleios facing, standing, bearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. To the r., Constantine III facing, standing, smaller, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. A cross between their heads. Reverse: M, cross above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: od NN hЄRACLI ЧS Є … (Our lords Herakleios and). Reverse: ANNO … ([Inferred] Year 3-4). Mint mark: KYZ. Control mark: B (2).

Notes:  Overstruck obverse on reverse on a year four follis of Phokas, of uncertain mint. Axis of undertype unusual, which may indicate two undertypes.
