Description:  Obverse: To the l., bust of Herakleios facing, bearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown. To the r., bust of Constantine III facing, smaller, unbearded, wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown. A cross between their heads. Reverse: M, chrismon above.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: ∂ᴜ NN hЄPԉ [in retrograde]CLIЧS Єτ hЄ (Our lords Herakleios and Herakleios). Reverse: AN … O IIIIII (Year 6). Mint mark: SЄ … S … Control mark: A (1).
