Description:  Obverse: The Virgin standing on dais, facing, orans, nimbate, wearing tunic and maphorion; Double linear border. Reverse: Emperor, standing, facing, wearing scale armour, cloak, and crown with cross and pendilia; in r. hand long cross with pellet at end of each arm, l. hand on hilt of sheathed sword resting with point on ground; double linear border.
