Description: Obverse: Bust of Magnentius, facing r. draped, cuirassed. Reverse: inscription surrounded by laurel wreath held by two Victories and surmounted by Chi-Ro.
Inscriptions: Obverse: D N MACNEN TIVS P F AVC (our lord Magnentius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VOT / V / MVLT / V (prayers for 5 years of rule, more for the 10th anniversary). Peripheral: VICTORI… DD NN HVC VI CAE (Victories of our lords Augustus and Caesar). Mint mark: AHB [upturned crescent with dot] (mint of Ambianum).
