Description:  Obverse: Bust of Magnentius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Emperor, cuirassed, with standard bearing the Chi-Ro in l. hand and crowning Victory over orb in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N MACNΓN TIVS P F AVG (our lord Magnentius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: BEPICITAS REIVJRLICE (prosperity of the Republic). Mint mark: RPFC (mint of Lugdunum).
