Description:  Obverse: Bust of Magnentius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: Emperor, cuirassed, with standard in l. hand and crowning Victory over orb in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: I Π IIICEIN ɿIVS P F AVC (our lord Magnentius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: FELICITAS REIPVOVVT (prosperity of the Republic). Mint mark: SAR (mint of Arelate).
