Description: Obverse: Bust of Julian, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed, bearded. Reverse: soldier, cuirassed, with trophy in r. hand and grabing kneeling captive with l. hand.
Inscriptions: Obverse: FL CL IVLIA NVS P F AVC (Flavius Claudius Julian pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VIRTVS EXERCI TVS ROMΔNORVM (virtue of the army of the Romans). Mint mark: ΔNTH (mint of Antioch).
