Description:  Obverse: Bust of Valentinian, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: city deity, enthroned, with orb in r. hand and spear in l. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N IIALENTINIANVS P F HIIC (our lord Valentinian pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: CONCOR DIH HVCCC (concord of the three Augusti). Mint mark: CONS Δ (Constantinopolis 4).
