Description:  Obverse: Bust of Valentinian, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed, helmeted, with spear in r. hand and shield in l. hand. Reverse: Emperor on ship raising r. hand, behind him a Victory.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D N VALENTINIANVS P Γ· AVC (our lord Valentinian pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: CLORIA RO MANORVM (glory of the Romans). Mint mark: ANT E (Antiochia 5).
