Description:  Obverse: Bust of Arcadius, facing r. draped, cuirassed, diademed. Reverse: two Victories facing each other, each with laurel wreath in r. hand.

Inscriptions:  Obverse: D H ARCADIVS P F ΔVC (our lord Arcadius pious fortunate Augustus). Reverse: VICTORIΛ AVC (Victory of the Augustus). Mint mark: TES Γ (Thessalonica 3).
