Description:  Obverse: To the l., bust of Constans II facing, with moustache and long beard, wearing chlamys and crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand. To the r., bust of Constantine IV facing, smaller, unbearded, wearing chlamys and crown. Reverse: Cross potent on two steps. To the l. and r., busts of Herakleios and Tiberios facing, unbearded, each wearing chlamys, and cross-topped crown, holding globus cruciger in r. hand.
