Description: Obverse: Virgin nimbate, wearing tunic and maphorion, seated upon throne with back; holds beardless, nimbate head of Christ on breast. Reverse: Full-length figure of emperor on l. crowned by Christ, bearded and nimbate; emperor wears stemma, divitision, collar-piece, paneled loros of simplified type and sagion; holds in r. hand labarum-headed sceptre and in l. hand globus cruciger; Christ wears tunic and kolobion; holds Gospels in l. hand.
