Description: Obverse: Bust of Virgin, nimbate and orans, within the walls of Constantinople; sigla, to r. Λ. Reverse: Full-length figure of Christ standing, bearded and nimbate, wearing tunic and kolobion, holds in l. hand Gospels and blesses emperor with r. hand; emperor, bearded, wears stemma, collar-piece and skaramangion, and crouches in proskynesis to l. of Christ.
